IBA provides the end-user with a license to use the software
on his own machine, in perpetuity. Further, the user can opt
for IBA maintenance plan under which IBA provides an enhan-
cement and problem diagnosis and rectification service for an
annual fee.

IBA provides extensive training to actual users of most of the
packages. Training shall be imparted free of cost to two of
your designated staff on all operational aspects. A nominal
charge shall be made for training more than two persons as
outlined earlier.
